Effie SaaS App (2018)

Effie is an IT-service for sales management in retail chains and traditional retail. I've helped company with creation of the new version of web application Effie 2.0, the marketing website, and I produced a lot of UX/UI work for the Effie Android app.

Information architecture

I improved information architecture and suggested a new visual representation of the structure and app modules. I color coded implemented modules: new ones, and those that have to be discussed with the team in the ongoing releases.

Personas

I defined personas and matched them with our customers. Also, I mapped each persona with the device type.
